PeachScripts is preparing to add provider-guided hormone therapy and related prescription options for patients in Georgia, with prescriptions fulfilled through participating pharmacies.

A provider determines what is appropriate for you
When the program launches, a licensed provider will evaluate your individual needs and determine whether treatment is appropriate. The medication, strength, dosage form, and directions are selected by the prescriber.
Discuss your goals, health history, and any testing your provider considers appropriate.
If treatment is appropriate, your provider selects the prescription option that fits your care plan.
The prescription is sent to a participating pharmacy for dispensing and patient counseling.
